When will I receive my order?

At ROOTLESS™ we have logistics partners that offer premium services, our main objective being that you receive your order in the shortest time possible.

Once your order has been processed correctly, the warehouse will process it during the first business day. The preparation of your order, if it contains engraved rings, can take up to 24 hours. That is when it is picked up by the parcel service and sent.

I have received an incorrect item or a different size than the one I ordered, what do I do?

If the items you have received do not match what you ordered, please contact us by sending an email to contacto@liverootless. com.

We will do our best to correct the error in the shortest possible time.

Can I receive my package at a collection point?

For orders to Spain* (Correos Express):

Once you receive the SMS/email notification from Correos Express with the approximate delivery time of the order, you can modify the initial delivery conditions to your convenience. Click on “Flexible delivery” and here you can modify an alternative delivery date, a different time slot or a new address within the same province. If the above do not fit you, you can always ask to select a collection point at a Post Office in Spain (including those located in Shopping Centers and Official Organizations).

For orders to territories outside of Spain and Portugal* (UPS):

Simply contact your UPS office and ask them to send your package to the nearest pickup point.

Your package will be in a safe place and you can pick it up when it suits you best.

(*) Shipments to the Canary Islands, Gibraltar, Madeira, Azores, Ceuta and Melilla will be through our logistics operator UPS.

(**) Deliveries of orders to Portugal cannot be at collection points.

I have not received my package yet, what do I do?

If you have received a tracking number for the package, contact Correos Express/UPS, they will have more precise information regarding the delivery status.

If you have not received a Correos Express/UPS tracking number, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.

2.- Order.

I just placed my order, why haven't I received my tracking number yet?/strong>

Each of our rings is individually engraved and packaged manually. All orders are handled with great care and detail, which leads to an approximate preparation time of 24 hours.

Once the preparation of the order is complete, you will receive the tracking number around 5:00 p.m. CET, on the next business day.

Orders placed on the weekend will receive their corresponding tracking number the next business day.

How can I track my order?

If the shipment is destined for ES/PT*: to track your order, Correos Express will send you an email/sms with your tracking. When you receive it, you can enter it on the Correos Express tracking page: https://s.correosexpress .com/search.

If the shipment does not have an ES/PT destination: to track your order, UPS will send you an email with your tracking. When you receive it, you can enter it on the UPS tracking page: https://www.ups. com/track.

If your tracking does not work, don't worry, keep in mind that Correos Express and UPS take a few hours to enter your tracking number into the system and that they only ship on business days. If your order passes through customs, ROOTLESS™ will not be responsible for any extra costs that this may cause.

What happens if I have ordered the wrong product?

If you have placed your order incorrectly or if we make a mistake when assembling it, please contact us immediately by email at contacto@liverootless.com. We will do our best to rectify the problem as soon as possible.

How are promotional codes used?

To enter a discount code there will be a box on the first page of the purchasing process. Enter the code in the box and click "USE".

Where are the products shipped from?

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Spain.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been scanned at a Correos Express/UPS office, you will receive an email from Correos Express/UPS with the package tracking information.

To track the package, simply enter the number provided on the official Correos Express/UPS website.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide. Although we strive to ship to all countries, our courier service is currently unable to deliver packages to the following locations:

  • Christmas Island

How long does it take to ship my order once it has been placed?

All orders are handmade in Spain. We usually get orders made and shipped the next business day.

Is shipping free?

If your order is equal to or greater than €70, ROOTLESS™ will take care of the shipping.

If your order is less than €70, it will be subject to a shipping cost, depending on the country of delivery and the number of items ordered.

Express Delivery service (UPS Express® Premium Air) is available at an additional cost.

Although standard shipping is free over €70, your order may be subject to, but not limited to: import duties and/or taxes, which are applied once the package arrives in the country destination.

Will I have to pay customs or taxes for my order?

Only if you have placed the order for a country outside the European Union, ROOTLESS™ will not charge you VAT/taxes when you place your order. Instead, you will be subject to paying taxes to your country's local customs service. The VAT deduction of your order is made on the product page or at the checkout on our website, when you go to complete the purchase.

ROOTLESS™ is not responsible for any expenses/taxes arising from purchases made from outside the European Union.

For more information regarding additional fees imposed by the government, we suggest you contact your local UPS office or local customs offices.

How has COVID-19 affected transportation?

Like many businesses, we are operating with a much smaller warehouse team, in an effort to keep more people home during this time of health instability.

That said, we promise to prepare your order within 24 hours of the next business day from the date of purchase. Your order will then be in the hands of one of our trusted shipping providers, who are closely monitoring the impact of the coronavirus and continue to take all necessary measures to ensure the safety of customers and employees.

My order is a gift, can the invoice be removed from the package?

The invoice does not go inside the package at the time of delivery.

If you would like to have an invoice for your order, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.

4.- Order status.

Does the keychain come with rings?

No, the keychains that appear on our website include the swivel hook or oval carabiner and its respective easy-open circular carabiner.

If you wish, you can buy rings. You will find them on the link page.

How do I place an order?

To place an order, select the items you want to purchase and add them to the cart. Then go to the order confirmation page to fill in your personal information and proceed to payment.

Has my order been completed successfully?

There are several verification stages when placing an order. In this way we intend to offer you the highest possible level of security.

If your order has been completed successfully, you will receive a confirmation of your order via the email address you provided on the payment page. If not, contact us and we will help you.

Why haven't I received an order confirmation email?

If you have placed an order and it has been successfully verified and processed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email.

If you have not received an order confirmation email, we recommend that you contact us so we can investigate what happened. The order may not have been completed successfully or the email address you have provided to us may not be correct.

5.- Changes and cancellations.

How can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at contacto@liverootless.com.

In the event that we are unable to process the cancellation immediately, usually because the package has already been shipped, we will contact our courier to return it to our warehouse.

Only when the package is back in our warehouse can we process the cancellation.

Can I change my order?

Once the order is completed, we cannot change the products or quantities selected.

If you find yourself in this situation, please contact us so we can cancel the incorrect order. Once this is done, you can place a new order on our website with the correct items.

Can I change my delivery address?

If you wish to change your delivery address, please contact us immediately by email at contacto@liverootless.com.

In the event that we cannot process the address change directly from our system because the package has already been sent, we will contact our courier service to make any changes to the delivery address.

In order to help you, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with the following information:

  • First and last name.
  • Company name (if necessary).
  • Name and number of the street.
  • Postal code and city.
  • Country.

Please note that this process will delay delivery time. ROOTLESS™ is not responsible for any delay in delivery due to a change of address request by the customer.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

1.- Right of withdrawal.

What is the return policy?

In the event that you are not satisfied with the purchase and want to exchange the product for a different one, do not hesitate to return the order you have placed for a refund. ROOTLESS™ will refund the full amount of the product(s) to the account originally used to make the purchase. To be sure that you receive the product you want as quickly as possible, make a new purchase as soon as possible.

Therefore, remember that you must return the product(s), the amount of which you want to be refunded, within a period of no more than 14 days from the date of receipt. The product(s) must be returned unused, in its original packaging and with protective labels and stickers intact.

You must keep in mind that customizable products cannot be returned under any circumstances. For example, if your order has included several country rings and some customizable ones. You can request the return of all rings, except for the customizable ones.

If you have received or paid customs fees for the product(s) you wish to return, please contact your local UPS office for information on how to receive a refund or credit, whichever is relevant.

What are the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal?

The consumer and user will have the right to withdraw from the order placed on our official website without giving reason, during a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the correct receipt of the product. The consumer and user may send the entire order or, if preferred, may send any of the products that make up the total order and, all of this, without any penalty and without the need to indicate the reasons.

You must keep in mind that the user will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal in any case in customizable products. For example, if your order has included several country rings and some customizable ones. You can request the return of all rings, except for the customizable ones.

The items to be returned must be in perfect condition. That is, with the original packaging, the item labels and the protective labels.

2.- Exchanges and returns

How do I request a product change?

ROOTLESS™ does not allow the exchange between a product purchased by the consumer and user for another product that is offered on the Website.

If the consumer and user wants to make a change to a product, they must exercise their right of withdrawal in accordance with the provisions of our returns and right of withdrawal policy, and subsequently purchase the new product they want.

How can I return my order?

CONDITIONS:

Remember that if you want to return the order you must do so within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt. ROOTLESS™ will not accept returns after this period.

The product must be in the same condition in which you received it. This does not apply to any discontinued items or items purchased on a clearance sale that we cannot replace.

Have you received the product that I want to exchange or return?

Once we receive your package in our warehouse, we will process and inspect it before proceeding to approve or deny the exchange or return.

In advance, we appreciate your understanding as although we work as quickly as possible, this process may take several business days to complete.

You should also keep in mind that ROOTLESS™ is not responsible for any items lost during return shipping. Therefore, we recommend that you use certified mail and send us the tracking number of your package.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your return package in our warehouse, it will be processed and inspected before we approve or deny your return.

In addition, we remind you that you must return the product(s) within a period of no more than 14 days after receipt. However, it will not be a problem to receive it in our warehouses at later dates. It must be unused, in its original packaging, with protective labels and stickers intact, and in the same condition as when received.

If the return is approved, we will issue a refund for the full amount of the order. Once we issue the refund, it will take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

PAYMENT AND SECURITY

1.- Payment and Fees.

What payment options do you accept?

ROOTLESS™ accepts Amazon Pay, American Express, Diners, Discover, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal and ViaBill, plus other debit cards and local billing options.

Can I finance the order in installments?

Yes, in ROOTLESS™ you can make your purchases in 4 installments without interest or commissions through Viabill charged to your card*, for orders of up to €300.

*Viabill accepts any credit/debit card except foreign cards.

How can I make payment in installments?

  • Add products* to your basket, with a total amount of up to €300.
  • In the final purchase process, once you have completed your information and the shipping address, choose Viabill as the "payment method".
  • Click on "Pay now".
  • It will take you to the Viabill checkout. Here you will have to complete your information (contact email, telephone number and DNI/NIE).
  • Enter your credit/debit card data. The first charge will be made in the purchase and the rest automatically in the coming months.

When will I make my first payment if I finance the product?

The first fee of your payment plan is automatically charged when making the purchase, when the online store accepts your order.

The following installments will be automatically charged on the last business day of each month on the debit or credit card you have used at the time of purchase.

Viaabill will send you an email as a reminder before each payment date and another to confirm whether the payment was successful.

can I return the products if I buy them with Viaabill?

Rootless ™ returns policy is applied to all purchases. If you receive a complete refund, you will be reimbursed the amount you have already paid, including commissions. In the case of a partial refund, the total amount owed will be modified and the fees will be calculated again accordingly.

What currency are the prices of the website?

The prices of the International Rootless ™ website are shown in euros.

Is my payment information sure?

The data of your payments and transactions are directly managed by PayPal and Stripe, our payment service providers. Safe encryption systems are used and strict banking standards are followed.

Your credit card data is sent directly to the bank and no person outside your bank can read them or access them (Rootless ™ does not have access to them at any time).

What is the length of the necklaces?

Our necklaces are three lengths: 45cm, 55 cm and 70 cm.

How can I unravel/faster my necklace?

All rootless ™ necklaces have a spring lobster closure. We recommend you push the projection of closing with your thumb until you see that it is open. Keep the outgoing in this position, now you can release or fasten the other end of the necklace.

4.- Anillas.

Can I customize the rings?

Yes, customizable rings can include up to 28 characters (counting spaces between words). You can arrange the letters/numbers/special characters that you want in your customizable rings while adding them to your cart.

The engraving "2020 © Rootless ™ Trademark" of customary rings you can see it in the song of your ring.

How many rings fit in each keychain?

We design the keychain to 32 rings without forcing in each easy opening circular carabiner. Do you have more than 32 rings? We will simply add another circular carabiner to the same keychain.

How many rings fit in a necklace?

It depends totally on how many rings add to your necklace and how many you feel comfortable carrying. Take a look at the photos of necklaces products pages to see how up to 5 rings are seen in each of them.

How can I know how the text will look at my rings before ordering?

The rings have a preview, click on the selector or write the text to see your customized ring.

Why am I on the purchase cart I see that in the summary of the order the customizable ring does not carry the text I have put?

Under each ring you can see the name of the ring that you have customized.

What happens if I made a spelling error in the customizable ring?

Remember that we do not fix failures in designs as spelling errors.

Guarantee term: two years of guarantee from the date of purchase.

The defects in the acquired products are covered by the legal guarantee in accordance with the applicable laws.

In case of claim for obvious defects of material or manufacturing of the products that we have supplied, including the damages suffered during transport, we beg you to communicate it by getting in touch through our email contacto@liverootless.com .

However, the guarantee will be annulled immediately if the product is acquired in an unauthorized distributor. The guarantee claims must be accompanied by a purchase test of our official Rootless ™ store or any authorized distributor.
