The fact of participating implies that the participant knows, understands and accepts these rules.
1. Prize
New collection necklace and bracelet raffle
The prize may be declared void if the participations do not comply with the determined bases. The prize will not be exchangeable for another product or for its value in euros. Total winners: 1 winner.
2.Participation and acceptance of the rules
Natural persons of any nationality who are of legal age residing in Spain may participate.
Those who do not comply with any of these conditions will be automatically excluded from the promotion.

3. Validity of the promotion
This promotion will be valid from the publication of the draw on December 14 (start) until December 20, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. (close).
4.Channel
The promotion will be carried out from the publication made on the official Instagram and Facebook profiles.
Only participation will be accepted through said post on Instagram and Facebook (both participation by mentioning a profile and by filling out the form).
5. PRIZES, DRAW CONDITIONS AND EXCHANGE METHOD
One (1) winner will be selected by conducting a draw through the EasyPromos application or similar among users who have met the participation requirements. Participants who have not followed all the steps of the dynamic will be automatically eliminated from the draw. Any profile that is detected as fake or committing fraudulent acts will also be removed from the giveaway.
6.Selection of the winners
The winner will be selected by the ROOTLESS™ staff using a random tool.
The winner will be notified on December 21, 2023 through the social networks of Facebook and Instagram, in the Facebook post, Instagram through a comment.
The winner agrees to take a photograph with the raffle prize and send it to ROOTLESS™ or publish it on their social networks mentioning the brand.
7. Other considerations
It is expressly established that neither Instagram nor Facebook sponsor, endorse, or administer this promotion in any way, nor are they associated with it.
ROOTLESS™ reserves the right to exclude any participant and/or lengthen or shorten the duration of the giveaway.
